For best results please make sure the file size is over 500kb for jpg/jpeg/pdf and over 1mb for PNG/BMP files
If your photo is not suitable for your product they will be delayed. Please check your emails regularly including JUNK mail in case we have tried to contact you. If we do not get a response within 3 working days a refund is issued.
Only High Res images accepted if in doubt please e-mail your photo before ordering and one of our team will check it for you and get back to you asap.
POSTAGE
Delivery times are estimates, during busy periods sometimes there can be a small delay in dispatching your Item(s).
For Delivery to the Channel Islands there is a £10.00 surcharge, Isle Of Man there is a £5 surcharge. We will request this via paypal once you have ordered. If you do not wish to pay the surcharge you can cancel your order with us at any time.
