IF THE IMAGE YOU SUPPLY TO US HAS A LOW RESOLUTION OR THE TEXT HAS A SPELLING MISTAKE, WE PRINT YOUR PHOTOS/TEXT THE SAME AS WE RECEIVE THEM.

IF NECESSARY WE MAY NEED TO CROP THEM TO FIT THE PRINTABLE AREA.

IF WE DO NOT RECEIVE YOUR IMAGE STRAIGHT AFTER PLACING AN ORDER, THERE COULD BE A DELAY WITH YOUR ITEM(S).

If we do not receive your personalisation (image and/or text) within 3 working days we will need to cancel your order.

Our business hours are Monday - Friday 9-5pm.
We are not in the office at weekends.
Any messages sent over the weekend will be responded as soon as possible.

-Please note that due to variations in displays/resolutions the colours may vary slightly on your screen to the finished product.
-If a preview is requested / required for your order, dispatch time will depend on confirmation and buyer response time.
-Replacements / refunds can only be issued if the product arrives damaged, faulty or with incorrect personalisation details. We will need proof of damage or fault to issue a full refund.
 We cannot issue a replacement for products damaged through continued use / wear and tear.
DELIVERY
-Your order will be dispatched via Hermes 2-3 Working Day Service.
-Please double check the delivery address before purchasing; replacement items / refunds will not be given for incorrect delivery addresses.
-Anything returned to us due to an incorrect delivery address will result in new delivery charges, which will be the responsibility of the buyer. There will be no delivery refunds on missing packages due to an incorrect address.
-Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed; please send us a message for information about a guaranteed delivery upgrade.
-Please allow up to 10 working days for UK delivery.
-Delivery times are estimates, during busy periods sometimes there can be a small delay in dispatching your Item(s).
-For Delivery to the Channel Islands there is a £10.00 surcharge, We will request this via paypal once you have ordered. If you do not wish to pay the surcharge you can cancel your order with us at any time.
