If your photo is not suitable for your product they will be delayed. Please check your emails regularly including JUNK mail in case we have tried to contact you. If we do not get a response within 3 working days a refund is issued.
Only High Res images accepted if in doubt please e-mail your photo before ordering and one of our team will check it for you and get back to you asap.
